Oat Protein Breakfast Recipe

All you need is:
🔸Oats.
🔸Whey protein powder (I use vanilla).

▪️Mix 3 tbsp #oats with #water or milk

▪️Microwave for 30 seconds

▪️Add 1 tbsp whey

Optional add ons:
▫️Dark chocolate.

▫️Fruit.
▫️Cocoa powder or cinnamon.
▫️ Nuts like chopped #almonds or #walnuts.

This portion is for women. Men, please double or triple the quantities!
