Eat Clean: Easy & Quick High Protein Oatmeal Recipe

Bored of eggs and looking for a high-protein breakfast? Try this quick and easy oats recipe!

Ingredients

Oats

Water or Milk You can chose low fat milk, unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (my favourite!)

Whey Protein Powder Ideal way to boost your morning protein intakes. Choose any flavour you want! I usually go for vanilla.

 

 

Optional:

  • Fruit. I usually go for mixed berries or strawberries.
  • Unsweetened Cocoa powder for more flavor (or cinnamon)
  •  Nuts like some chopped almonds or walnuts
  • Flax seeds: a good way to boost your fibers & omega-3 intakes

Instructions

Mix 3 tbsp oats with water or milk (1/2 cup)

Microwave for 1 minute

Add 1 tbsp whey protein

Mix well… Et voila!
