Protein Pancake Recipe

What you need
🔸1 tbsp oats

🔸1 tbsp whey protein

🔸1 large egg white or 2 small egg whites

Follow the instructions in the video.

Obviously 1 is not enough, make 2 to 3 for a good breakfast

Also, if u feel the pancake is dry, try the recipe again but reduce the amount of whey protein
